PLACING AN ORDER

Upon placing an order with Baby Gift Box you are deemed to have entered into the terms and conditions as set out in this section. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been processed and an electronic confirmation will be issued.

Baby Gift Box always endeavour to supply the exact products ordered, however we reserve the right to substitute a product temporarily not available, for a product of equal or greater, quality and cost. Please note some of our photographs contain props or optional items that may be purchased. Unless the item is listed in our full product description page, it is not included in the gift box.

DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Baby Gift Box employs excellent courier companies who will endeavour to provide you with the best delivery service. Whilst every effort is made and care is taken by Baby Gift Box and our courier partners to deliver your gift within the designated time frame, this may not always be possible due to delivery delays out of our control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, nor does it entitle cancellation of your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Baby Gift Box if an order has not arrived. We will then track your order with our couriers and ensure that it is delivered as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Baby Gift Box immediately on 1300 438 443. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Baby Gift Box . However if the gift has left our premises, we cannot accept any cancellations.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

In the unfortunate event that your gift has been damaged (defective) through the delivery process or not suitable (non defective), please call Baby Gift Box within 90 days of delivery on 1300 438 443. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number to be marked on the returned goods, and be more than happy to arrange for a replacement gift or refund.

Postage and handling fees incurred by you will be refunded and a replacement gift re-delivered as soon as possible to your recipient. However, our return policy does not apply to product(s) returned that are deemed to have been damaged in a manner other than through transit.

SALE OF LIQUOR

Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive delivery.

Baby Gift Box have aligned with Australia’s leading payment gateway eWay to provide you, our customer, with a secure on-line shopping experience. We want you to shop on-line with complete confidence and piece of mind.

Our payment processing system uses state-of-the-art firewalls – SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology which is the industry standard for encryption technology. SSL provides a secure connection to ensure all sensitive information (e.g. credit card details) and transactions are fully encrypted.

To maintain this level of security, your personal credit card details are not stored on our servers or held by Baby Gift Box. For security reasons, it is a requirement that your credit card details are inputted for each transaction.
